Egypt hosts a large number of refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants. It is important to note that there are no barriers between refugees and citizens in Egypt; there are no refugee camps, and most refugees live in urban areas. Most refugees are concentrated in the Greater Cairo Governorates (Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia). Additionally, refugees in Alexandria represent the largest refugee community outside of Cairo
We aim to provide services and activities that empower refugees of all nationalities to live with dignity within Egyptian society, support the most vulnerable families, enhance their capabilities, and empower them economically and health-wise. We also focus on building alliances and strengthening the capacities of local, regional, and international partners working with refugees.
Improving the quality of healthcare, educational, and economic services provided to refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants.
